This was an absolutely
gripping read from beginning to end. Mena is a strong woman who has a special
gift that terrifies most people and places her in a bad light in some of her
family’s eyes. She is betrayed at a very young age and the hits just keep on
coming. What I love about this story is that Mena preservers she doesn’t let
anyone or anything keep her down for too long. Gotta love that characteristic in
anyone really. I can’t really say too much more without giving away the book but
I will say this Anastasha has a way with words that will leave you breathless
from anticipation, laughing at times as well as crying. This book has it all and
is a definite must read in my opinion.
